Maryland’s Monkeypox Pre-Registration Sign-Up
Anyone may pre-register for a vaccine. However, you may not receive an appointment unless you meet select criteria. Preregistration does not guarantee an invitation to book an appointment. Invitations may be sent out based on controlling the outbreak and not based on the date of registration. The number of available vaccine appointments will be determined based on availability of vaccine supply.
Pre-registration is for the first Monkeypox (MPX) vaccine dose only. Second doses of vaccine will be coordinated by your first dose provider.
In order to be considered for an MPX vaccine, you will be asked to create an account on the preregistration system and complete a survey. Questions on the survey will include your potential exposures to MPX and may be considered sensitive. All information collected is confidential and secure.
